ICC Incoterms, ® developed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), sets out the basic terms of trade for the sale of goods under global contracts®. Incoterms 2020 consists of 11 categories, divided into two categories, the first category: suitable for any mode of transport; Category II: Terms applicable to maritime and inland waterway.

EXW - Ex Works

FCA - Free Carrier

CPT - Carriage Paid to

CIP - Carriage and Insurance Paid to

DAP - Delivered at Place

DPU - Delivered at Place Unloaded

DDP - Delivered Duty Paid

Terminology applicable to marine and inland waterway transport：

FAS - Free Alongside Ship

FOB - Free On Board

CFR - Cost and Freight

CIF - Cost, Insurance and Freight
